We know that you want help fast. This website is designed to get you on the path towards feeling better as fast as possible. But we also know that selecting a counselor/coach is a very important decision. (You don't want to waste valuable time and energy with the wrong person.) Please take your time and make sure that the counselor you choose is a good fit for you.

The first steps are always the hardest. Remember that counseling not only helps you, but also helps those around you. The most loving thing you can do for others is to help yourself. You are not helping yourself or those around you by staying stuck.
